The Healthstream HS1.0RW model rowing machine is a manual resistance, flywheel type rower. There are 8 different levels of resistance and a 6 kg flywheel on this machine to offer varying workouts. The console displays the time, speed, distance, calories, pulse, RPM, Watts, and body fat. There are built in contact pulse sensors so you can keep track of your heart rate as you row. Both the handle bars and the seat are adjustable.
