  Important – Please Read Before Hiring a Portable Air Conditioner

  Our portable air conditioners are designed to cool a single, enclosed room only, such as a bedroom or small study.

  They are rated to cool rooms up to 30m².
  Using the unit in a space larger than this — such as an open-plan living area, lounge, kitchen, or combined space — will result in little to no cooling at all.

  If the room is too large, the unit will run continuously without ever cooling the space. This is not a fault — it is a limitation of portable air conditioning technology.

  Window Requirements

  These units must be vented outside using the supplied window kit.

• A sliding window (horizontal or vertical) is required

• The window must be able to remain partially open while the unit is operating

• The hot exhaust air must be expelled outside, otherwise the unit will not cool

• Portable air conditioners will not work without a suitable window.

  Not Suitable For

• Open-plan living areas

• Lounges combined with kitchens or dining areas

• Large rooms over 30m²

• Homes without a suitable sliding window
