This bond will only be refunded if (1) the furniture is returned in the same condition as when it was delivered, and (2) there is assistance on site for the delivery and pickup of the furniture. If more than one of our staff members is needed for delivery and/or pickup, the bond is not refunded and is instead becomes cartage.
